Pigu's Blog

That Time I Was Very Sick

Oh, my flippers! Let me tell you about the WORST day of my life. It started with a small headache, and I thought, “Oh, nothing to worry about!” But then it got worse. I had a stomachache, a fever, and before I knew it, I was hugging the toilet bowl. Yep, I was very, very sick.

I waddled to Neo's room for help. “Neo,” I croaked, “I’m dying. Call an ambulance!” Neo looked up from his book and said, “Pigu, you probably just ate too much ice cream again.” Rude!

But when the vomiting started again, Neo panicked. “Alright, alright! We’re going to the hospital.” He called Lily and Kaito to join us because, apparently, my misery is a group activity.

At the Hospital

The hospital was a nightmare. The doctor barely listened to me. “You’re fine,” he said, waving me off. “Here, take these.” He handed me some pills and rushed to the next patient.

“But I’m not fine!” I yelled after him. “I’m a small alien! What if human medicine doesn’t work on me?” The doctor didn’t care.

Neo sighed. “Just take the medicine, Pigu. Let’s go home.” So, I took the medicine, but guess what? I WAS STILL SICK! Not only that, but by the next day, Neo, Lily, and Kaito were sick too. Oops...

Sickness Spreads

Neo started sneezing uncontrollably. Lily lost her voice and sounded like a squeaky toy. Kaito was so dizzy he couldn’t walk straight. And me? I was still hugging the toilet bowl.

“This is all your fault, Pigu,” Kaito groaned. “Why didn’t you quarantine yourself?”

“Quarantine?” I said, weakly. “I thought we were a team!”

Pigu Tries to Help

Even though I was sick, I tried to help my friends. “Here, Neo,” I said, bringing him some soup. But I tripped and spilled it all over his bed.

“PIGU!” Neo yelled. “Now I have soup AND germs everywhere!”

Next, I tried to make tea for Lily, but I accidentally used salt instead of sugar. “BLEH!” she spat it out. “Pigu, are you trying to kill me?!”

The Recovery

Finally, a kind nurse came to check on us. She gave us proper medicine and strict instructions to REST. Slowly but surely, we started feeling better.

“Pigu,” Neo said, “next time you’re sick, please stay in your room and don’t infect everyone.”

I nodded. “Lesson learned. But hey, at least now we have a story to tell!”

And that, my friends, is the tale of how Pigu got everyone sick. Moral of the story: If you’re sick, STAY HOME!
